I have studied over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, and innovative coaching methods at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts.
My education in holistic nutrition, health counseling, and preventive health paired with my background in skin health for two decades has equipped me with extensive knowledge.
